SOQ ERO DO #36-F-2-25/26 REBID - Landscape Architectural and Engineering Services for the Restoration and Reconstruction of the Carroll County Sports Complex
The Board of County Commissioners of Carroll County (“County”) and the Department of Recreation and Parks (“CCRP”) invite Landscape Architectural and Engineering teams (“Firm”) to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide complete design services for the restoration, reconstruction and improvements of the Carroll County Sports Complex (“Project”). The selected firm will be required to provide professional design services that will include survey, conceptual and design development drawings, cost estimates, various Carroll County interdepartmental meetings and submittals, specifications, construction bid documents, attend pre-bid and preconstruction meetings and provide County required construction administration services.
