| Description: | The City of Broken Arrow is considering upgrading and expanding the Rose District Sound System that runs along Main Street from Detroit Street to E Forth Worth Street, and includes the Rose District Plaza. This project will be to master plan a phased approach to upgrade the existing system, expand the sound system north to Freeport Street, and to expand the system south from E Fort Worth Street to E Washington St. This project will also include a phase for the planned future expansion of the Rose District Plaza. |
