Sarpy County is seeking qualified contractors to replace broken and deteriorated concrete panels at the 1102 Building, which is located at 1102 E. 1st Street, Papillion, NE 68046.  Work consists of saw cutting, removal, subsurface repair/prep, new concrete, caulking, sealing, and striping.
This project is PHASE 2. Phase 1 was previously bid as RFP 2025-276 and the award is pending.
