Synopsis:
|
|
SIGA is tendering for a qualified contractor to provide inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair services for SIGA's seven (7) casino Pylon signage and exterior building signage.
The scope of work (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”) involves, but is not limited to providing the following Work for SIGA’s seven (7) Casinos (hereinafter referred to as “The Sites”),

Scheduled monthly Inspection and Preventative Maintenance services.

On-call, when required/requested, routine and urgent repair services.

When requested upgrades/modifications/repairs?

Manufacturing based on repair needs.

Warranty repairs
“Routine Work”- Including but not limited to: Inspections, Preventive Maintenance, and minor repairs, shall be performed during regular business hours (hereinafter referred to as the “Office Hours”). Refer to Appendix 1 – Site Locations & Operating Hours.
“Emergency Work” Work deemed as Emergency (i.e., sign down, damage, lights/display screen out, etc.) shall be responded to in a reasonable and agreed upon timeline.
