Sanitary Sewer Point Repairs Project

The City of Steamboat Springs is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 Sanitary Sewer Point Repairs Project. Work includes excavation, repair, and replacement of sanitary sewer mains and services at multiple sites throughout the city, as identified through CCTV inspection. Repairs may involve PVC and polyethylene pipe replacement, installation of new fittings, dewatering, trenching, bedding, backfill, asphalt patching, and restoration of vegetated areas. All work must conform to the City of Steamboat Springs Standard Specifications for Water and Wastewater Utilities and the project’s Special Provisions. The project includes seven repair locations as listed in the Bid Schedule, along with required traffic control, site management, revegetation, and coordination with nearby residents. Construction may begin upon award and must be completed by October 31, 2026. No weekend or holiday work is permitted. II. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS A. Proposals must be submitted via the electronic submission on BidNet (https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/cityofsteamboatsprings) no later than 5:00 PM prevailing time on July 30, 2026 as specified on the solicitation notice.
