Speech Pathology Services at New York City Children's Center - Queens Campus

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a One (1) year contract to procure Speech Pathologist Services for New York City Children’s Center located at: 74-03 Commonwealth Blvd., Bellerose, New York 11426-1839, building 55. Details are specified in the Request for Quote (RFQ) and Scope of Work attached.

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Monday, September 22, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Request for Quote (RFQ), Listed as: Issuing Office of the RFQ by Monday, September 29, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Monday, October 6, 2025.

Quote Submission Due Date is Tuesday, October 14, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

The Anticipated Contract term is January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.
