at the Municipal Services Building at 100 Chaffing Road, Dodge City, Kansas 67801-0880. All bids will be opened immediately thereafter.
Bids submitted by mail shall be placed in an envelope, sealed and marked “Mechanical Street Sweeper” and mailed in a second envelope to address above.
