The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in a manner that will ensure habitat management IAW the JBLE BASH plan, promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants, and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
The government will issue the request for proposal, the performance work statment and applicable wage determination on or about 12 February 2025. This requirement is set-aside for small business against the NAICS 561730 and will include a base year and two option years.
