Aboveground Diesel Fuel Storage Tank System Replacement (1,000 Gallon)

City of Deerfield Beach, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, will receive sealed bids from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of Florida, to provide Aboveground Diesel Fuel Storage Tank System Replacement (1,000 Gallon), as specified in this Invitation to Bid to include the turnkey removal and replacement of an existing 1,000-gallon aboveground diesel fuel storage tank system at the Well FA2 Facility, including demolition, foundation work, tank installation, instrumentation, SCADA integration, testing, and site restoration in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of work, drawings and technical specifications of the above mentioned Invitation to Bid Construction.

The City will HOLD a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on August 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. ET via Microsoft Teams using the following link:

Attendance is encouraged but not required.

Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through eProcurment Marketplace by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via eProcurement.

Licensing Requirements: The Vendor must possess Florida State General Contractor’s license or current certificate of competency issued by Broward County Examining Board having jurisdiction over licensing of Contractors in the type of work involved in this contract. Refer to Qualification of Bidders for additional information.

Bid Guaranty: Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, or other acceptable alternative, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (Refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements).

The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.

The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.

Bids will be accepted through a secure mailbox at eProcurement (https://deerfield-beach.ionwave.net/HomePage.aspx) until the Deadline for Submission as indicated in this ITBC. Late Bids will not be accepted. The City will only accept electronic bids for this ITBC.
