The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Washington County to secure services for printing and mailing the Washington County newsletter Staying in Touch. The county prints and mails the newsletter four times annually and is seeking a one-year contract to automatically renew for four additional one-year terms. These services will go through the RFP solicitation process every five (5) years at minimum.
