RO/DI equipment preventative maintenance service, repair service and provision of filters, lamps and repair parts

The State University of New York at Buffalo, hereafter referred to as “the University”, is submitting an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Reverse Osmosis/ De-ionizing (RO/DI) water purification system services. This includes all labor, equipment, and material necessary to inspect, test, and maintain the University’s RO/DI Systems. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be responsible for RO/DI Service at all University campuses, including the North, South, and Downtown campuses. The University reserves the right to add or remove equipment or buildings to be serviced at any time throughout the length of this Contract.

With such a complex environment, it is critical that the successful Bidder/Contractor provide consistent and timely services, as requested with accurate service activity reporting and proper invoicing. Repairs to critical equipment shall be accomplished within four (4) hours of University’s notice that service and/or replacement parts are required.

It is the University’s intention to award one Contract to establish a primary service provider for the RO/DI Service.
