The City of Troy, NY is soliciting sealed qualifications for professional engineering services to perform various drinking water system improvements on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities. The City has various upcoming capital projects that will require engineering support including dewatering facilities upgrades, remediation of existing sludge lagoons, chemical treatment changes, and distribution system improvements.
