GDC-24-CALH-SP-048, Calhoun State Prison B-Building Structural Repairs

Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Corrections (Owner) for the project entitled Calhoun State Prison B-Building Structural Repairs in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.
This project¿s scope focuses on repairing structural issues within the Kitchen area columns and the rigid structural frames in the laundry area. The structural columns located in the kitchen have significant rust and corrosion at their bases. The rigid structural frame on the exterior of the laundry building exhibit signs of wear, tear and rust and potential compromise. These damaged areas will be repaired and/or replaced to restore structural integrity.
GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
