Description: The New York State Division of State Police is looking to purchase a parcel of vacant land, absent regulated wetlands or other environmental, topographic, or legal impediments (such as zoning regulations, easements or rights-of-way) which could hinder the development of a NY State Police patrol station. To be a potentially qualified location, the property must contain approx. 6-7 acres, and be in the Town of Southeast, more particularly within three miles of an exit on Interstate 84. Larger parcels of land may qualify, if the owner is willing to subdivide to create a site of that approximate size. Property owners or legally authorized representatives (such as attorneys or duly engaged NYS licensed real estate agents) may present properties for consideration, in writing, to the NYS Police Designated Contacts listed in this RFP. Such proposals shall include, at a minimum:
