Two (2) Law Enforcement Vessels for Parks Police
Description:

The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking to procure two (2) full cabin marine law enforcement vessels to be utilized by OPRHP Parks Police in the State of New York. These vessels are to replace aging vessels which have passed their serviceable life. These vessels will be utilized to allow OPRHP Parks Police personnel to carry out their duties on large bodies of water, including the Atlantic Ocean, in inclement weather throughout the year and during state of emergency and disaster deployments. A one-time payment will be made to the Contractor upon delivery and written acceptance by OPRHP staff.

Minimum specifications are provided in Exhibit A – New York State Law Enforcement Vessels Specification. To be responsive, responses to this IFB must meet these specifications.
