Invitation to Bid No. 226037
Non-Alcoholic Beverage Supply & Services
Proposals for Non-Alcoholic Beverage Supply & Servicesfor the Augusta Civic Center, as
specified in the attached Specifications, Proposal/Bid Form, will be received by the Development
Services Department, City Center, 16 Cony Street, Augusta, Maine 04330 until Thursday, May
21 at 1:30 P.M. at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be
submitted to: City of Augusta, Development Services Department, 16 Cony Street, Augusta,
ME 04330.
Proposals shall be submitted on the attached form in sealed envelopes, plainly marked Bid No.
226037 for Non-Alcoholic Beverage Supply and Services prior to the date and hour specified
for RFSB opening and shall be addressed to the purchasing agent at the above address. No RFSB
will be accepted after the previously stated time and date. Telephone, email, or facsimile
RFSB’S will not be accepted. Prices quoted shall be valid for sixty days following the RFSB
opening.

The City of Augusta reserves the right to waive all informalities in RFSB’S, to accept any RFSB,
or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all RFSB’S should it be deemed in its best interest to
do so. Except as otherwise required by law or as specifically provided to the contrary herein, the
award of this RFSB shall be governed by the City's purchasing ordinance.
The City encourages women and minority-owned businesses to submit RFSB’S. The City
of Augusta reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFSB’S or any portion thereof,
or waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
