The Consultant selected as a result of this Request for Proposals (RFP) will provide strategic planning, program design, and implementation support to advance multi-year workforce development initiatives focused on the adoption of zero emission human operated cargo handling equipment and Class 8 electric vehicle (EV) trucks. This rate limitation does not apply to consulting firms. The total value of the agreement is $900,000 over a three-year term, allocated at $300,000 per year. The duration of the contract awarded as a result of this RFP is expected to be three (3) years from the date of execution of the agreement. These services will commence after a contract is approved by the Board of Harbor Commissioners. Please refer to the RFP document for details and instructions. |
