San Miguel County will be accepting bids to provide approximately 55,000 gallons of red diesel per year and approximately 48,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline, minimum 86 octane per year at the following locations.

The successful bidder will be required to provide price change justification (up and down) anytime the price deviates from the bid amount. In addition, the successful bidder will be required to maintain an acceptable level of fuel in all tanks at all times. See below signature for more information.

Fuel Bid Additional Information
The fuel storage tanks for each location (Deep Creek, Norwood, Basin, Egnar) consist of a 2,000 Gallon tank for Diesel and a 2,000 Gallon Tank for Unleaded. There are no size restrictions for delivery vehicles at any of our locations.
We have listed the averages below for the amount of unleaded and diesel used in the year 2023. They are as follows:
