Binghamton Plaza DemolitionThere is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on site at the Binghamton Plaza on Monday September 21st at 1:30pm.
For the contract documents and plans please call the Office of the City Engineer, 607-772-7007, to coordinate pick up. Copies may be obtained by a $50.00, non-refundable, payment (check or money order, payable to the City of Binghamton) per disk.
