Synopsis
MoDOT seeks a qualified bidder to install carpet squares in its MoDOT 601 West Main Building. Approximately 32,785 square feet of carpet tile will be removed and replaced. MoDOT has Mohawk 24" x 24" multi-directional carpet tile on hand for contractor to install. MoDOT will supply carpet adhesive. The contractor will install approximately 5,506 linear feet of cove base to be supplied by MoDOT. MoDOT will supply cove base adhesive for installation. Approximately 3,158 square feet of Timber Grove II 12 MIL Color: 00170 Aster V4 LVT to be installed based on product specs. Walls to be painted with Sherwin Williams - White Sand 9582 enough coats to cover blue paint currently on the walls only in areas indicated on the plans. Any additional items required for a complete and functional system will be Contractor's responsibility. Contractor will be required to lift and lower cubical workstations throughout the project. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site Visit attendance is required for bids to be accepted.
