Mill Street Cast Iron Main Replacement Project

Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the installation of approximately 635 linear feet of new 8-inch restrained ductile iron pipe, 205 linear feet of new 6-inch restrained ductile iron pipe, and 50 linear feet of 12-inch restrained ductile iron pipe. Work includes installing pipe, valves, test stations, fittings, temporary flush assemblies, service tie-overs, main-tie ins, grout filling existing cast iron mains, and removing existing ACP mains. Welding on existing 16" steel and active welder certifications are required for this work.

The Engineer's estimate is: $644,490 - $787,710

This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project.
