Approximately 58.6 cu ft. cylinder . Approximately 265,564 BTU/hr . Dimensions must be within 52.9" W x 77.3" D x 94" H . 12" outlet Vendor Responsibilities Vendor will be responsible for: . Removing and disposing of the existing dryer equipment (UniMac Steam Dryer) . Deliver and set in place new dryer . No substitutions. Washer and Dryer are required to match other current washers and dryers in the facility. . Vendor will be responsible for delivery, setup, uncrating, leveling, and mounting that may be needed. The machines will be on concrete floors. . Vendor must provide staff training on the operation of the washer. . The facility has a loading dock. No stairways exist between the loading dock and the installation area. . The facility will supply all utility connections to the manufacturer's specifications. Delivery to be made 90 days from award |
