2025 Johnny Creek Sewer Project

This project is funded through Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2024 Consolidated Appropriations Act and must adhere to all federal funding award requirements. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 28 (Purchasing by Political Subdivisions}, the City of Pocatello Purchasing Policies, 2 CFR 200, and other applicable federal requirements per the EPA grant. Those provisions are hereby incorporated by reference into the bid documents. Section 3, disadvantaged business enterprises, minority owned businesses, and women owned businesses are especially encouraged to apply.

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of Pocatello Clerk's Office located at City Hall, 911 North 7'h Avenue, Pocatello, ID 83201, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025. At that time the Bids received will be publically opened and read.

The work includes the installation of 412S feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sewer pipe, 24-manholes, connecting to existing structures, traffic control, & asphalt surface repairs.
