A comprehensive study of the John Laurie Boulevard and McKnight Boulevard NW corridor from 14th Street NW to 4th Street NW, a need for an upgrade review at the intersection of John Laurie Boulevard and McKnight Boulevard NW, and improving the active mode connections in the area.

The study must address existing concerns for vulnerable road users, current operational and traffic issues, improve active modes connectivity, review road classification and determine right-of-way requirements. It will also provide plans supporting the long-term population and employment growth in Northwest Calgary while considering the Council's priorities for climate resiliency and equity.
