Academic B Dean's Suite Renovation - Mechanical

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor for the Mechanical portion of this project which is to renovate approximately 7,920 square feet of the third floor of the Academic B building for the relocation of the School of Managment Dean's Suite.

The Mechanical scope of work includes but is not limited to the demolition of approximately one-hundred (100) existing air outlet and return grilles and limited demolition of existing supply ductwork. New work includes new ductwork to extend to approximately fifty (50) new air outlet locations, new volume damper per air outlet and approximately fifty (50) new return registers. New Transfer fan to be installed in Telecom closet with transfer ductwork ending in the Plenum with a wire mesh screen. TAB to be engaged prior to demolition to take pre-demolition readings as well as after construction has been completed.
