Hyde Park Regional Facility Upgrade

The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority [DCWWA], is soliciting a Request for Qualification Statement and Price Proposal [RFQ] from qualified professional engineering firms for professional design services for the Hyde Park Regional Water Facility Upgrade that will provide construction documents for the construction of:

• Filtration upgrades and unit process capacity re-rating.
• Backwash and residuals handling reconfiguration and upgrades.

The firm selected will produce construction documents; drawings and specifications that accurately depict the project described above and in reference documents.

The scope of design services as described in schedule “A” includes:

• Task 1 – Project Management
• Task 2 – Survey/Design/Permitting
• Task 3 – Bidding and Construction Procurement
• Task 4 – Design Services during Construction
• Task 5 – Close-out/Commissioning/Start-up
• Task 6 – Additional Services and Reimbursable Expenses
