Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Danbury at the Purchasing Agent’s Office, City Hall, Danbury, CT until:

A Pre-Bid conference for bidders will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the work site.  Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting.

Attention of bidders is directed to certain requirements of this contract which require payment of Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates, and compliance with certain local, state and federal requirements. This is a Federally funded project, pursuant to 29 CFR Parts 1, 3, and 5 as amended.

The City of Danbury reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, and unless specified otherwise, to award the contract within thirty working days to the Bidder deemed to be for the best interest of the City of Danbury.
