Queen Anne's County Library Centreville Branch Rain Garden & Parking Lot Rehabilitation

The Work consists of the renovation of an existing demonstration rain garden, expansion of existing parking area, conversion of existing asphalt pavement to permeable and traditional brick pavers, removal and replacement of existing portland cement concrete curb, relocation of an existing dumpster enclosure and peripheral site improvements. Owing to the nature of Library operations, certain scheduling and means/methods of construction will be subject to coordination with and approval by the Owner.
