SPECIAL NOTICE
This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) “soliciting from a single source”. This requirement is for a ZEISS Equipment Maintenance + Service requirement with a Base + Three (3) Option Years.
The anticipated NAICS Code is: 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) “soliciting from a single source , the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD, intends to award a sole source contract to Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC, 1 N Broadway Ste 1501, White Plains, NY, 10601.
This special notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
