Lincoln County – East Side Library – Vertical Construction
BIDDER PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUEST:
J.M. Cope Inc, has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Lincoln County and is seeking to prequalify construction trade and specialty contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for the Lincoln County East Side Library project in Iron Station, North Carolina.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Scope of work consists of +/- 22,000 sf new construction for the Lincoln County East Side Library. This includes misc. site work, landscaping, concrete, structural steel, roofing, windows and glazing, doors, frames, and hardware, drywall, paint, flooring, hard tile, acoustical ceilings, operable partitions, metal panels, fire protection, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.
