The National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC) has a requirement to relocate a Boeing Vertol CH-46E helicopter from the National Air and Space Museum to NMMC. The aircraft shall be loaded at National Air and Space Museum Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center and transported to its destination at the National Museum of the Marine Corps’ Museum Support Facility, where it is to be unloaded.
Please see attached solicitation for full details, including technical specifications. New technical specifications and a revised PWS has been provided from the previous industry RFI.

UPDATE: 10 SEPTEMBER 2025. Industry Q&A Clarification. Redelivery is not included in the base scope of this requirement, and unless extenuating circumstances arise, MSF Suite 100 & 140 will be available for delivery. In the event of such a circumstance, a Government-directed change would be accomplished via contract modification. There is no change to the terms and conditions of the solicitation and/or resulting contract with this clarification.
