Description:

|
The successful proposer shall provide equipment, products, service, support, maintenance, and all things necessary to provide one (1) snack and one (1) drink vending machine to each facility (City Hall, Public Works, and the Police Department) which will be used by City staff only. The City of Lawrenceville reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of locations and or machines at any time during the term of the contract. Each vending machine has its own unique set of users, products offered will need to meet the needs of these users. The City of Lawrenceville reserves the right to request references if needed. Information about each location:
• City Hall – 89 full-time employees, almost all in the office at least 4 days a week
• Police – 109 full-time employees, majority are sworn officers working 12 hour shifts. The 911 Center is a 24 hour operation with 13 employees included in the 109 full-time employees.
• Public Works – 121 full-time employees. There is a mix of field workers, office staff, warehouse, and mechanics. Generally the facility works 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
