The City of Denton, in collaboration with Denton Enterprise Airport (“Airport”), invites proposals for the lease and development of two prime aeronautical parcels, Sites 3 and 4 (attached as “Exhibit A”). These parcels are strategically located for aeronautical purposes, offering significant development opportunities to enhance the Airport’s facilities and support its long-term growth and self-sustainability.
A Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted for this solicitation.
