The Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) is seeking proposals from qualified Air Service Development Consultants with demonstrated expertise in air service strategy, route development, and market analysis. The selected consultant will be expected to provide services to grow and sustain air service at BTR, with a focus on expanding both passenger and cargo operations. The consultant will have a proven track record of success at comparable airports and must meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the Scope of Services.
