This is Amendment A0001 to Solicitation 36C24826Q0145 Thyroid Cancer Molecular Test to answer vendor questions, provide Revised SF1449, Revised Oppotunities Description, B.2 Revised Price/Cost Schedule, B.4 Revised Statement of Work, and D.1 Vendor Questions and Answers. All Offerors must acknowledge this amendment and submit their proposals on B.2 Revised Price/Cost Schedule included in this amendment. Please submit all Proposals to the Contracting Officer, Yolanda Glover, at yolanda.glover@va.gov by Thursday January 22nd 2026 no later than 4 pm EST. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(c).
