Notice Regarding Solicitation # 2025RFP7-RMS: The Homeland Security Grant Program / Urban Area Security Initiative grant funding is currently temporarily suspended nationwide. As East-West Gateway Council of Governments has not received guidance or information regarding the potential length of the funding suspension, the Request for Proposals for Regional Risk Management Strategy for Planning, Training and Exercise, Solicitation # 2025RFP7-RMS is currently being paused. When the Council receives notification that the funding suspension has been lifted, the Request for Proposals will be released to include new deadlines and estimated project schedule, and any pending questions or requests for clarification will be added to the website.
