Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase our Cloud Data Center Charges for the Fiscal Year 25-26, through an interstate cooperative procurement conducted by the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). The District is a member of NASPO’s cooperative purchasing program. This notice is given according to ORS 279A.220.
The State of Utah, Division of Purchasing, in partnership with NASPO, issued a Request for Proposal Solicitation CH16012 requesting competitive responses for Cloud Solutions and awarded a contract to SHI International Corporation (SHI). District will purchase our Cloud Data Center Charges for the Fiscal Year 25-26, from SHI, for up to $25,000.
Prospective vendors can comment on District's intent to purchase from SHI through this Interstate Cooperative Procurement by submitting written comments to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist at DuffeK@cleanwaterservices.org no later than August 21, 2025
