Irving Independent School District is accepting competitive sealed proposals from highly qualified respondents for HVAC, Fire Alarm & Gym Lighting Renovations at multiple campuses.
Proposals & Bid Bonds are due on or before 2:00 p.m. (CST) Tuesday December 17, 2024.
Pre-Proposal Conference - Tuesday December 3, 2024, 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. with site visits to follow at 10:00 a.m.
Although we are legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request bidders to submit their response electronically. Please feel free to contact the Irving ISD Purchasing Department 972-600-5440 if you require any assistance with the submittal. When filing this bid electronically, please do not send us a paper copy, the electronic version will prevail. No E-mailed or Faxed bids will be accepted.
