Description

Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division, intends to award a noncompetitive sole source contract to Russells Technical Products, Inc; 1883 Russell Ct, Holland, MI 49423 to provide Chamber Maintenance and Repairs for United States Army Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Provide both corrective and preventative maintenance for the Environmental Test Facility’s climatic chambers. This effort consists of a twelve-month base and four twelve-month option periods.





The statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2), 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), RFO 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.





The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. A determination by the Government not to complete this procurement action, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
