Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners at the office of the County Clerk, 110 Courthouse Plaza, Manhattan, Kansas by 5 p.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2025, and publicly opened in the Commissioner office at 9:20a.m., Thursday May 29 , 2025. Bid forms and specifications may be acquired at the Riley County Public Works Office located at 6215 Tuttle Creek Blvd., Manhattan, Kansas 66503. Phone 785-537-6330. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any, or all bids or waive formalities in considering Bids and to accept the Bid which, in the Board’s opinion, is in the best interest of Riley County.
