The work included under these specifications shall consist of furnishing all items, materials,operations, or methods listed, mentioned, indicated, or scheduled in these specifications,including all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, transportation and incidentals necessary and required for project completion.

Specifications are found in Exhibit A.

All equipment must be installed by vendor or third party.

All equipment is the to be received and stagged by vendor or third party for installation to ensure the condition of the equipment before installation.

All bids are due 8/27/2025 by 2:00 PM. All bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address: bids@cnent.com. Please copy and paste the Subject line below into your email subject line. This is the only text that can be in the subject line. RFP documents must be sent as an attachment. Proposals are only accepted when submitted to the email address. We do not accept bids in person or by mail. Do not copy the buyer on the submittal. If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.
