Description:

|
Contractor shall provide the following services:
-
Clean all hard surface areas between buildings and parking lots with blowers and/or other parking lot sweeping equipment
-
Clean all parking curb lines, entrances, & sidewalks
-
Remove all trash & debris from all median beds and grass walks
-
Replace all trash receptacle liners once half full, or sooner if odors are present
-
Provide replacement liners for trash receptacles.
