Description: NYS OPRHP is requesting quotes for manual removal of European Frogbit (Hydrocharis morsus-ranae) in a wetland at Four Mile Creek State Park. European frogbit will be controlled through manual efforts. A kayak or small non-motorized boat will be used to reach all frogbit plants in open water areas within the creek. All plants will be bagged and disposed of as trash and removed from the park. Refer to attachments for additional information.
