Project Description: This project will improve Black Bob Road from 153rd Terrace to 159th Street from a 2-lane rural
roadway to a 4-lane divided arterial section. Improvements will include a new single-span
prestressed concrete bridge, new pavement construction, curb and gutter, medians, traffic signal,
streetlights, sidewalks, and storm sewers.
