The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the “Authority” or “Port Authority”) intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about Second Quarter 2025, for Expert Professional Architecture/Engineering Design and Management, Land Survey, Cost Estimating, Quality Assurance, and Related Technical Services to supplement Port Authority Engineering Department resources in support of the Newark Liberty International Airport Redevelopment Program on an “as-needed” basis.
