The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Services (BHS), Comprehensive Community Service (CCS) invites community agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the Expression of Interest (EOI) process by submitting proposals to provide certain services to Youth and Adults within the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Ancillary Network. The Department welcomes new prospective vendors including joint ventures and other innovative partnerships to participate in this EOI process.
