V. Endicott Wastewater Treatment Plant Nutrient Reduction Project

The Village of Endicott, Endicott, New York (“Village”) is soliciting sealed written qualifications from consultants for professional engineering services for design phase, bidding phase and construction phase services for wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) nutrient reduction at the Village WWTP. The project is being partially funded by a Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Grant, New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) Water Infrastructure Improvement Grant (WIIA), and a Department of Environmental Conservation Water Quality Improvement Project (WQIP) Grant. Engineers must have experience in the design, bidding and construction phase services associated with the construction, rehabilitation, and replacement of wastewater treatment systems and equipment, permitting and with meeting all NYS EFC and DEC funding requirements.
