IFB 24-210 - Manhattan Tray Line

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) a commercial tray line with parts and installation, for Manhattan Psychiatric Center, located at 102 Rivers Edge Road, New York, NY 10035. The required specifications are listed in Section 1 - Scope of Work in the IFB document.

Pre-bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Tuesday, February 25th, 2025.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 11:30 AM ET on Thursday, February 27th, 2025

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Wednesday March 5th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Thursday, March 20th, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
