The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, International Road Dynamics can provide iTHEIA Video Classification System that will classify vehicles without having to put workers in the roadway to collect data. The contract period is from Date of Award through October 31, 2025. MoDOT will receive bids electronically, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX.
