Description: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from individuals or Vendors interested in participating in a project to analyze the cost of including an obesity treatment benefit in the commercial health plan market. The Contractor must estimate the projected costs and state fiscal impact of including the benefit in the individual, small group, and large group markets. This project was directed by the legislature in section 145(11) of Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 5167 (ESSB 5167).
